2-3 beef roasts
approx 4kg assorted premium steaks
approx 4kg slow cooking cuts
approx 5kg premium beef mince
Types of Beef Roasts that may be included in this pack: Scotch Fillet Roast, Blade Roast, Chuck Roast, Topside Roast, Silverside Roast (nominate corned or fresh – see note below)
Forequarter Cuts that may be included in this pack: Scotch Fillet Steak, Blade Steak, Gravy Beef
Hindquarter Cuts that may be included in this pack: Round Steak, Rump Steak, T Bone Steak, Eye fillet Steak (Tenderloin)
Your beef cuts will come portioned and cryrovaked in approximately 1kg packs.Â
