After ordering online and paying your deposit and freight costs, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We aim to send your meat order to your chosen pickup point on the delivery date specified.
If, for some reason, items from your meat order are unavailable, we will email to let you know, and make a suitable arrangement with you.

We strive to provide all our customers with high quality organic, pasture-fed meat and produce. Not only is our meat is free from added growth hormones or antibiotics, it has lifetime traceability.
You should enjoy a high standard of quality if you follow the cooking recommendations for the cuts of meat purchased.
In the unlikely event that you have received a product you are unhappy with due to quality or error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to our determination to provide customers with high quality produce and service, we will contact you to discuss the matter personally. We may also require that you keep a sample of the meat in question so we can arrange to collect it and investigate the issue further.
Each complaint will be addressed promptly on an individual basis.
We are committed to ensuring that you truly do enjoy quality produce from our family to yours.
Due to the perishable nature of the meat products we sell, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.
