We’re an independent farming family from South Australia’s Northern Mallee region. Our farm Border Park, formerly owned by our friends and mentors John and Jenny Schwarz, has been certified organic with NASAA since 1996.
We only sell livestock born and bred on our farm, which means you can rest assured your meat is free of chemicals, hormones and antibiotics.
