Your Winter Beef Pack will include some mouth-watering cuts from our organically-grown beef including:*
Casserole Steak (best for dicing)
Beef mince
1 – 2 small roasts (eg. corned silverside or rump roast) **
Your beef cuts will come portioned and cryrovaked in approximately 1kg packs.
* Our winter beef are mature cattle up to 5 years old and are raised on our certified organic farm
** We now have a nitrate-free corning brine with whole-food ingredients that is delicious. It’s been given the double-thumbs up from all who’ve tried it!
All cuts are best suited to marinating or slow, moist heat, and have been selected with this in mind.
