If you’re not used to the flavour of beef liver or kidney, our suggestion is that it’s best when cooked with ‘strong’ flavourings (ie. spices or curry or a tomato-based sauce). This will ensure your ‘secret ingredient’ is hidden from even the fussiest of eaters 🙂
