DESCRIPTION
Our Beef Bones packs consist of approximately 2kg certified organic beef bones suitable for making nutritious beef bone broth, soups, roasting or feeding dogs. A selection of different meaty bones (rib, neck and knuckle bones will be included. Beef Marrow Bones are available for purchase separately. Beef bones have a very short fridge shelf life of 2 – 3 days from packaging, but can be frozen for 1 – 2 months.
2kg Beef Marrow Bones

DESCRIPTION
Our Beef Marrow Bones packs consist of approximately 2kg certified organic yellow beef marrow bones suitable for making roasting or making a lovely gelatinous beef bone broth. Where possible, all marrow bones will be sliced length ways or cut into small ‘nuggets’ to allow for easy roasting and eating. Yellow marrow bones have a very short fridge shelf life of 1 – 2 days from packaging due to their high fat content, but can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Beef Cheeks

You’ll receive 2 Beef Cheeks (yep, you guessed it … the cut of meat from the cheeks of cattle). These enormous, thick pieces of high-protein beef are superb when braised. Cheeks will be cryovaked and frozen to ensure an approximate freezer shelf life of 2 months from packaging.
Beef Oxtail

You’ll receive one Beef Oxtail that will be jointed for easier cooking. Oxtail has an unsurpassed exquisite beef flavour and is rich in minerals, marrow and collagen. Makes incredibly tasty and satisfying soups and stews. Perfect for everyone, but particularly those following a Paleo, SCD, AIP or similar eating regime. Oxtail will be cryovaked and frozen to ensure an approximate freezer shelf life of 2 months from packaging.
1kg Beef Suet

DESCRIPTION
Our Beef Suet refers to the hard internal fat from around the kidneys and loins. It has many uses (both cooking and skin care), and can be a life-saver for those on a dairy free diet or those who enjoy fried foods because it is heat-stable. When refrigerated in it’s original cryovak bag, suet has a shelf life of approximately 3 weeks from the date it was packaged (several months when frozen).
Beef Tongue

Our Beef Tongue is undoubtedly the easiest organ meat to begin eating as it can be cooked, peeled and then sliced like a steak, or slow-cooked and shredded like pulled beef. Loaded with protein, minerals and vitamins. but they often contain the highest concentrations of naturally occurring nutrients of any food! All organs will be cryovaked and frozen to ensure an approximate freezer shelf life of 1 month from packaging.
Beef Liver

DESCRIPTION
Our Beef Liver contains the highest concentrations of naturally occurring nutrients of any food! It is also an excellent source of protein and iron. Beef liver has a slightly stronger flavour than that of lambs, so if you’re new to liver, we suggest you try lamb liver first. All organs will be cryovaked and frozen to ensure an approximate freezer shelf life of 1 month from packaging.
Beef Kidney

Our pack of 2 Lamb Hearts are the perfect reason to make Slow Braised, Stuffed Lamb Hearts as they boast an impressive range of nutrients, including Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin A and B12, folic acid, iron, selenium and zinc amongst others.
